Support & Help
Email srmnursingtutor@gmail.com and we reply within two working days. The answers below cover most of what people ask.
Reporting a wrong answer or explanation? Please include the question text (or a screenshot from another device), the subject, and what you think the correct answer is. We check every report against the standard texts and correct the bank where you are right.
Account & sign-in
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password and enter your registered email. You will get a reset link. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
Can I use the app on more than one device?
Yes. Sign in with the same account and your progress follows you, because it is stored against your account rather than the device. You can see every signed-in device under Profile → Devices and sign any of them out.
I reinstalled and my progress is gone
Make sure you are signed in with the same account you used before — progress is tied to the account, not the install. If you signed up with Google, use the Google button rather than an email and password.
Google sign-in isn't working
During the testing phase, Google sign-in may not work on sideloaded test builds. Sign up with an email address and password instead — everything in the app works the same way.
Using the app
How do I practise a specific topic?
Open the MCQs tab, tap a subject, then pick a chip under Practice by topic. To mix several subjects and topics in one paper, use Tests → Custom test, where you set how many questions come from each subject or topic, the duration and the marking.
Can I review questions I got wrong?
Yes. Saved & history keeps your bookmarked questions, the ones you answered incorrectly, recently viewed questions and your own notes. After a test, Review answers shows every question with your answer beside the correct one and the explanation.
Some sections say "Arriving soon"
Those features are built but not switched on yet, usually because the content is still being prepared. They unlock automatically when ready — you will not need to reinstall or update the app.
Does it work offline?
Partly. Your bookmarks, notes and recently viewed questions are cached on the device, and the clinical calculators work with no connection at all. Loading new questions and syncing progress needs internet.
Why can't I take a screenshot?
Screenshots and screen recording are deliberately blocked on Android to protect the question bank. It is not a bug.
Content & accuracy
Where do the questions come from?
Questions are written for NORCET, NCLEX-RN and state nursing officer exams and checked against the standard texts — Brunner & Suddarth, Potter & Perry, Park, Ghai, Dutta, Lippincott and Robbins. Many carry the exam and year they relate to.
Is the clinical content medical advice?
No. Everything in the app, including the calculators, is for exam preparation and study. Always follow your institution's protocols and verify any dose or calculation independently before it affects patient care. See the Terms of Use.
Privacy & data
How do I delete my account?
In the app: open Profile, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account. If you cannot sign in, email us. Full details, including exactly what is removed, are on the account deletion page.
How do I stop the notifications?
Profile → Notifications has a master switch plus a toggle per category, so you can keep the ones you want.
Still stuck?
Email srmnursingtutor@gmail.com. It helps enormously if you include your device model, Android or iOS version, and a screenshot where possible.
